Nipa Cloud supports multi-project functioning thus making it fit fo projects with many subs-project. Each project consists of its own billing system, therefore, managing the project expense is easier.

Nipa Cloud supports multi-project functioning thus making it fit fo projects with many subs-project. Each project consists of its own billing system, therefore, managing the project expense is easier.

On the project page, there are project id, project type, billing type, and support subscription. A contract can be edit into a phone number and associated email. Nipa cloud also provides the interface which shows the summarize of the resource within the project. Not only that it also provides the ability to request more quota in case of reaching the quota limit.

Create Project

On Nipa Cloud user can create multiple projects at ease, by selecting the project menu and click create project button on the upper right. When the user clicks creating project that person will be automatically assigned as the project owner and each project will only consist of one owner. The project owner then able to manage roles, invite members and remove members.

Manage Project

  • Add member: To add member the user can click the add button on the project page, and adding the email of the desired member. If the selected email is already and Nipa Cloud user, it will automatically join the project. On the other hand, Nipa Cloud will send the registered email instead, when completed the member then will be able to join the project. When adding member user has the option to choose between member role or the billing role. The member role will be able to use the resources within the project but will not have permission to view the billing record or managing the project. While the billing role will be able to work on the resources and manage the billing, but also won’t be able to manage the project as well.
  • Remove member: To remove members from the project user can choose the unwanted member and click on the remove button.
  • Change member role: Nipa Cloud allow users to change role from member to biller, however, the owner role will not be able to change.

Remove Project

Nipa Cloud allows the user to remove any unused project. The process will take place within 7 days, between that period the removed project can also be restored back.
